- Remove any materials that could be damaged by moisture, cover or put away electrical equipment, and put away food items and containers.
- All surfaces need to be cleaned before applying the disinfectant (a separate quote can be provided if that service is needed).
- Make sure place is empty and that cleaning staff is wearing proper PPE.

Post-Disinfecting Procedures
- Allow the proper dwelling time for the chemical to kill the viruses and bacteria in compliance with CDC guidelines.
- After dwelling time, clean and dry any remaining wet surfaces.
- Make sure that any materials and equipment that is brought back is wiped and cleaned.
